Frequently asked questions

The music doesn’t stop when the timer runs out. Check that the timer isn’t set to ∞. In the Sleep mode, the sound can be set to keep playing after the music. You can change this in the mode or in Settings.

Sound doesn’t play with the screen locked. Nynne keeps playing with the screen locked and in the background, even when the phone is on silent. Check that the volume is up and that the sound isn’t going to another speaker or headphones through AirPlay or Bluetooth.

How do I lock the screen so my child can’t tap anything? Tap the padlock on the player. To unlock, hold two fingers on the screen for 2 seconds. For a full lock, use Guided Access in iOS: Settings › Accessibility › Guided Access, then triple-click the side button.

I bought something, but it’s still locked. Go to Settings › Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

My recordings don’t show up on my other device. Turn on iCloud sync in Settings on both devices, and check that they use the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on.

Can I play on a speaker? Yes. Tap the AirPlay button next to the next button on the player.
